Registered activities of the company are education, human research, training organization, video editing and digitalization, book printing, translation and medical service. It has experiences in development and implementation of international projects. INNOVAMED participated in the health restructuring PHARE programme, in Hungary, leading the Training and Staff Development project. The Managing director was a member of CCR in Brussels. The company was involved in the World Bank Program for regional development in Hungary. It was a registered consultant of Apertus Public Foundation in Hungary in project evaluation procedure. INNOVAMED coordinated project to elaborate training material for MCH nurses in drug prevention. INNOVAMED is the legal successor of Health Service Enterprise, Hungary, which was established in 1996 in Hungary. In 1997 it was the contractor of “Distance Learning Curriculum Development for Primary Health Care Professionals” mobility/exchange project in the Leonardo da Vinci program. INNOVAMED has been involved in “OVOTRAIN” Leonardo da Vinci project, which has developed a seven language thesaurus in metallurgy and new approaches for professional language teaching-learning on the Internet using 3D virtual models. (www.ovotrain.com). INNOVAMED provides a daily medical, paediatric service in prevention, health promotion and treatment for children age 0-18. INNOVAMED successfully managed the “Promotion of Advanced Educational Innovation for Training in Paediatrics” (PEDITOP) Leonardo da Vinci project. (www.peditop.com). The European Commission has awarded PEDITOP with HELSINKI AWARD for successfully promoting the European goals at grassroots level.
